디지털 성범죄의 피해자, 가해자 대부분이 10,20대라고 합니다.

최근 이 범죄와 관련되어 붙잡힌 가해자 수는 221명. 이중 요즘 화두로 떠오르고 있는 디지털 성착취방 운영자는 57명, 유포자는 64명, 보관자는 100명이라고 합니다.

또한 n번방 사건이 수면위로 떠오르기 전에 비슷한 방법으로 미성년자 성착취 영상을 제작한 피고인이 고등학생이었다고 합니다.. 피해자뿐 아니라 피해자의 가족까지 영상물의 대상으로 협박하였다고 하네요

그 방법이 참으로 악랄합니다. 중학생이었던 피해자를 꼬드긴 가해자는 피해자와 친한척하면서 개인정보를 알아낸 뒤, 본인 신변에 어려움이 닥쳤다고 성착취영상을 찍어 팔아 돈을 보태달라고ㅡㅡ;; 했다고 합니다.

게다가 가족의 영상까지 요구하였고 불응할 시 죽여버리겠다고 협박했습니다...

이 학생은 그래도 자기 가족을 보호하겠다고 자기 몸을 찍어서 보냈다네요 눈물..ㅠㅠ

잡힌 가해자가 누군지 보니 해외유학중인 18살 남자였네요. 

형은 단기 3년 6개월 장기 7년미만을 구형했는데 선고는 어떻게될지 모르겠네요. 가해자가 반성문을 제출했다곤 하는데 형량 감소를 위한 목적이겠죠.. 참담하네요. 미국대비 성범죄 처벌수위가 너무 낮은듯.. 개인적으로는 최소 50년이상 줘야한다고 생각합니다.
